Apostle Patricia A. Powell is the esteemed founder and President of Watch God Move Outreach Ministries, Inc. With over 20 years of unwavering dedication and service, she has been a catalyst for positive change in the community. Hailing from Delaware, she experienced the era of segregated schools during her education.
With a remarkable career spanning over 30 years in nursing and childcare, Apostle Powell's passion for caring for others shines through. Her expertise was honed during her tenure at the Visiting Nurses Association and in collaboration with a family-owned childcare facility, where she earned certifications in nurturing children from infancy to pre-adolescence. However, her calling to the ministry in September 1998 redirected her path.
Apostle Powell pursued her theological education at the Sussex County School of Theology, obtaining a degree in Theology. During the Holy Convocation of Mt. Sinai Holy Church of America, Inc., she was appointed as the pastor of Mt. Sinai Holy Mission Church, which later evolved into Watch God Move Christian Center, reflecting her visionary leadership.
Guided by her compassion for the community she serves, Apostle Powell assembled a dedicated group of church members and local residents to establish Watch God Move Outreach Ministries, Inc. This nonprofit organization aims to meet the needs of Coverdale Crossroads and its surrounding areas.
As President, Apostle Patricia Powell has spearheaded numerous impactful programs catering to the community's requirements. Notably, she has developed initiatives such as "Thankful Hearts Helping Hands," providing essential food assistance throughout the year, particularly during the Thanksgiving season. Additionally, the "Operation Christmas List" program offers underprivileged children the joy of receiving Christmas presents.
Apostle Powell has formed a cohesive team of community residents, partners, and volunteers to collectively tackle the challenges of poverty, illiteracy, crime, and the adversities faced by the youth and elderly. Through her education and counseling programs, she has successfully reached out to individuals in need, offering support and guidance.

Yolanda Soto serves as the dedicated and accomplished Executive Director of WGM Outreach Ministries (WGMOM), where she utilizes her expertise in financial planning, relationship building, training, and community outreach to drive the organization's mission forward. With a strong background in business, Yolanda has been instrumental in providing results-oriented financial solutions for over a decade.
As a licensed Financial Educator, Tax Preparer, and Board Certified Credit Consultant, Yolanda has consistently delivered impactful financial guidance to individuals and families. Her commitment to empowering others led her to become a faithful volunteer at WGMOM for many years before being offered a staff position in 2004. Recognizing her exceptional contributions, the Board elected her as the Executive Director in 2017.
Yolanda's dedication to her role is evident in her relentless pursuit of excellence. She thrives in providing comprehensive business training to the WGMOM outreach community, equipping individuals with essential skills for success. Her genuine love for her community drives her unwavering commitment to outreach, ensuring that justice prevails and the playing field becomes level for all.

With an Associate's degree in Business, a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, and an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy, Carlita is uniquely equipped to make a lasting impact on the lives of young individuals.
Drawing upon her strong foundation in organizational management and strategic planning from her Associate's degree in Business, Carlita effectively coordinates and implements impactful youth programs at WGM Outreach Ministries. Her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science enhances her understanding of human behavior, enabling her to tailor programs to address the specific needs and challenges faced by youth.
Additionally, Carlita's Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy allows her to incorporate therapeutic approaches into her programs, promoting the holistic development of participants. This inclusive approach creates a nurturing and supportive environment where young individuals can thrive.

LaToya Powell is a dedicated Health & Wellness Coordinator with a passion for promoting well-being and improving lives. As a Certified Medical Assistant and a Certified Mental Health First Aid for Adults provider, LaToya brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Currently pursuing her degree in nursing, LaToya is committed to expanding her skills and knowledge in the medical field. She is an esteemed member of a thriving medical practice, where she plays a vital role in the medical team, providing exceptional care and support to patients.
With her deep understanding of healthcare practices and her commitment to continuous learning, LaToya is at the forefront of promoting health and wellness at WGM Outreach Ministries.
